Welcome to Joga Yoga's Wellness Workshops! It's challenging to get to weekly classes with our busy lives. Immerse yourself into a weekend of health & wellness indulgence. We'll cover everything! Friday afternoon starts with some chakra nutrition and recipes to take home. Then get ready for an endurance fitness class followed by beginner mindfulness meditation. Of course, we're going to do yoga and try out those yoga massage therapy balls. On Saturday, we continue with our learning experience in the morning and afternoon sessions, and we're going to head outdoors to go foraging and enjoy lunch in the beautiful nature that surrounds Pinawa. DIY Yoga

Learn basic yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork and put a yoga sequence together for yourself to take it home with you!
